Admittedly ,in some areas in history , key individuals have played an integral role rather than groups of people. It is Faraday, who laid the foundation of electrochemistry, formulated law of electromagnetic induction. It is Watson and Crick who first discovered the double helix model of DNA, and the latter put forward the Central Dogma ,which is regarded as a milestone in molecular biology. It is Einstein who led to Theory of Relativity and also gave a perfect interpretation of the photoelectric effect. It is Beethoven who left the world with so many great symphonies, which are so infective and can never be replaced. The contribution of these great individuals will never be forgotten at any time.
However, most of the time, the most significant events and trends in history were made possible by people who never left names in history. key individuals served as leaders ,but the whole projects were carried out by forgettable groups of people. Wars,culture clashes, and other forms of conflict are the problems we mainly faced today. And if those problems can not be sloved in a proper way, they lead to a myraid of social problems.
Most of time, wars and culture clashes are enavitable. Since we live in a world with too many people and so little resource, the conflict between different racial or country could always be the consequence in the possecce of competence, if the small conflict could not be solved well, then it is may be raise a war. Culture clashes raises in the same way. The discrapences between different cultures could not be communicated well with each others may be the main reasons of a culture clash. All of these raised from an uneffective communication.
If the esssantial interconnectedness of all human beings could be tought in the schools, the effectiveness and effienceness of the communication would be increased and can solve the conflicts in a largely part. Such, it can avoid the war and some harmful culture clashes. As far as I am concerned, wars and culture clashes always led by a misunderstand and a misrecept. Consequently, it is impossible to especially design education fit to every needs and interests. If we do so, the cost of the education will be much too high.
Then, how to give full play to the effectiveness of education? Here are two aspects: on one hand, most of the time, education inculcate some universal truth and common sense to the individual. For example, learning philosophy and sociology enable people distinguish good from evil; learning art can improve the individual aesthetic and gentility; learning science made us know how to research and how the world operate. For all the things above, is the common knowledge that would not be varied as individual difference. On the other hand, after the accumulate of the common knowledge and acquired basic skills, education can made itself more effective through interest class and the optional in college.

Current means of researching a history always begins with researching some famous few, which means that to research historical famous people to learn the history; while it is seems that this research methods not so approperiate. There is another point thinks that the important history events and historical fad can not created by those famous few, but created by the most groups of people. As far as I am concerned, this two research methods both too extremely. The history is created by both sides of the famous few and of the large group. Adimttedly, perseveing those wilderness ares will add some extra exrenses to the goverment, and these extra expenses finally derived from the goverment tax payments, thus the goverment have to declines some other investment. It is seemed that the action to preserve public owned wilderness areas may mitigate the increase rate of the economics development or the accelerate of the speed of mordenlize civilization. However, persect in the long term, benefits from this goverment preservation but not the present goverment investment would finally bring the whole soceity net priofits.
