It is true that factors such as honesty and sense of humor are seen to be extraordinarily important to a successful person in life, which may take a big effect on one’s career also. However, I believe that the most important characteristic is devoted to how a high level of intelligence a person would have for some supporting reasons as follows.

Higher intelligence determine person’s capacity to handle the disparate situations happened frequently throughout one’s business lives. If a person lacks this ability, it would be unstable, or sometimes failure to deal with many high risk-related tasks in the track of business. Conversely, a person with much higher intelligence would be flexible to handle this task. For instance, when a devastating inflation suddenly pours into a certain region of the world, the business person with multi-talented characteristic would have more chance to survive over this catastrophe than those who does not own it.

In addition, with a high intelligence, a person may gains more opportunity to speculate the venture that a current society brings to. For instance, with many international firms rapidly flow into a country with the type of open-gate-policy economy, a lot of local companies will confront with much risk they have not ever expected before. Thus, to make the company standing out of the crowed competitors in the same region, the executive of the company should be intelligent to observe the opportunity to develop some superb products that others company could not explore contemporarily.

Finally, it is undeniable that the intelligence-related factor would also motivate other factors such as the sensitivity, sense of humor, and so forth. A normal adult with High IQ index definitely indicates that he or she would excellently intrigue much more subliminal elements to meet the requirements prior the mission landing in. Accordingly, a full-developed or omnipotent person would show some other success-related factors on the living way.

In conclusion, in despite of the fact that some second-class factors such as honesty, sense of humor would surly be positive toward a successful adult, but they are not be considered as the major factor in one’ final success determination. However, from all the reasons mentioned above, a successful person should be intelligent enough to conquer any unexpected situation happened throughout his or her life, which means that what really matters toward a person is the factor of intelligence.
