A good boss, as the first priority of a corporation, is really indispensable. Naturally, there are several qualities which are imperative for them. Personally, I maintain creativity, sociability and generosity as the utmost important qualities f a good boss.
  Creativity comes to the first since it is obviously vital for a corporation in this era. In the consumer-oriented society, innovation, the differentiation of products and creativity are fundamental to lasting success. This requires the boss a creative person, leading his fellow workers to success in a brand-new way. That is why creativity is viewed as a virtue while conservation is considered to be a vice. Without creativity, no corporation could shoot the rapids of fierce competition. Accordingly, listing creativity as the first quality of a boss is quite acceptable.
  To pool all of our efforts together in harmony, a good boss must be sociable. Consequently, I place value on interpersonal relationship for it is increasingly basic with the development of our society. Numerous cases shows that the sociability is a prerequisite of becoming a good boss. It is my hands-on experience that makes me convince that. My former boss was talented in our field, but he is far from sociable. The unpleasant atmosphere led to our poor work, and the corporation was even on the skirt of bankrupt. Not surprisingly, he can never be judged as a good boss.
  Generosity remains the quality of a good boss, for it is a symbol of a great mind, which seems to be the source of personal glamor. Therefore, nothing is superior to a generous boss. One of my friends who works in a pretty notable workplace is a typical evidence. Although he is always exhausted and working all day is common for him, he was paid most highly among his fellows and received bonus frequently. That is the reason he spear no effort to work for his boss. As the case illustrates, generosity makes a good boss.
  Absolutely, there are many qualities a good boss must have. However, I honor creativity, sociability and generosity, which are most essential after careful comparision.
